COURSE OVERVIEW:

In this webinar, you will learn about tools for developing a workplace culture that is committed to quality improvement. This webinar is facilitated by Laurie Call and Dr. Kristi Bocksay. Ms. Call is the Director of the Center for Community Capacity Development at IPHI. Dr. Bocskay is an epidemiologist for the Chicago Department of Public Health. This is a recording from August 27, 2015.

By the end of this webinar, you will be able to:

1. Describe change management principles.

2. Define the phases of NACCHO’s Roadmap to a Quality Culture.

3. Identify and describe the use of a self-assessment tool.

4. Describe the components of a QI Plan.
